WEGENER Vice
President Worldwide Sales to Speak at Digital Signage Expo
Ken Leffingwell to conduct
on-floor workshop on “Managing Large Networks”
(February 13, 2013) – Johns Creek, Georgia – Wegener
Corporation (OTC Pink: WGNR), a leading
provider of equipment for digital signage, television, audio, and data
distribution networks worldwide, today announced that Ken Leffingwell, Vice
President, Worldwide Sales will be presenting during the upcoming Digital
Signage Expo (DSE) in Las Vegas.
The presentation is part of the DSE’s Education &
Certification program and will explore the pros and cons of satellite and IP
file delivery. For retail networks, the presentation will cover how to handle
content from multiple sources (e.g., advertisers) and options for hyper
localization.
Mr. Leffingwell, who holds a B.S. in Marketing and a M.S. in
Information Systems, has more than 30 years of experience in the digital
signage, satellite communications, and broadcast industries. He has held various
positions including applications engineering, systems engineering, program
management and customer services.

Wegener signage players will be on display in the Hyundai IT America, Corp.
booth (#410). Wegener will be demonstrating its digital signage products in
conjunction with Hyundai IT America, Corp. commercial displays. The digital signage system,
based on Wegener’s iPump 526 Media Players, will be used to allow visitors to
the booth to view rich content and learn more about the companies’ various offerings.
Separately in Wegener’s private conference room, and in
conjunction with Hyundai IT America, Corp. free standing touch screen display, Wegener will be
demonstrating its first interactive digital signage product and audience
measurement system, powered by IntelliVision, Wegener’s strategic partner in
audience measurement.
